Associate LydiaPaige Moffett in New Orleans, LA

Associate

Ms. Moffett received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Dillard University and her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law. While earning her law degree, she was involved in the Black Law Students Association and served as an assistant coach for the Trial Advocacy Team. Ms. Moffett also served as North Carolina Central’s first law student to be accepted into the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Program, where she founded the Think Like A Lady Initiative, an enrichment program for middle school girls.

Before joining Chehardy Sherman Williams, Ms. Moffett served as a staff attorney for the
Orleans Public Defenders Office. She is involved in local organizations such as the Louis A. Martinet Society and serves as an assistant coach for the Dillard University Mock Trial Team. Ms. Moffett is also an Advisory Board Member for the Greater New Orleans Chapter of First Tee, a youth development organization that introduces children to the game of golf.
