Mr. Perry most recently served as a Law Clerk for Division “D” Judge Inemesit O’Boyle, researching and drafting memos and orders across a broad range of civil litigation matters. He also garnered experience at the Southeast Louisiana Legal Services representing 40 veterans with wills, divorces, social security claims, discharge upgrades, and criminal expungements.
Mr. Perry graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Arts in foreign language. He is fluent in German and possesses elementary Russian language skills. Following undergraduate school, Mr. Perry served in the US Navy aboard USS Toledo, a Los Angeles Class, nuclear-powered, fast attack submarine with a crew of 130, and then at the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. He later attended Tulane University Law School, where he was a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and Tulane Law Veterans Society.
