Sarah Christakis is an attorney at Chehardy Sherman Williams, specializing in healthcare law, including medical malpractice defense, physician and facility regulatory compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA. She handles transactional matters such as physician employment agreements, physician/group practice formation, physician/group ancillary service arrangements, billing service agreements, and information service agreements.

Ms. Christakis has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and regulatory law, including practice before the Louisiana Public Service Commission, the Louisiana Pilotage Fee Commission, the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, and the Louisiana Division of Administration.

She later graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with a Master of Law. Ms. Christakis is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
