In addition to his work for small businesses, Mr. Stumpf has developed an extensive medical provider litigation background, representing hospitals, doctors and surgical facilities, and has recovered more than $1 million for his healthcare provider clients who have been underpaid for their services.
Mr. Stumpf has been named a New Orleans CityBusiness “Money Maker” and a New Orleans CityBusiness Top Lawyer for multiple years. Mr. Stumpf has also been recognized by his peers with an AV Preeminent Rating for Professional Excellence by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. Stumpf has served as an Appellate Clerk to the Honorable Henry N. Brown of the Second Circuit Court of Appeal in the State of Louisiana and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Robert “Bob” Murphy of the Twenty-fourth Judicial District Court in the State of Louisiana.
In conjunction with his legal practice, Mr. Stumpf is actively engaged in the Greater New Orleans community holding leadership positions with several civic organizations. He serves as Chairperson of the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority’s Board of Commissioners, Chairperson of Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans, and a board member of the Lakeview Civic Improvement Association.
